  • Pinch of black pepper (activates turmeric absorption)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract, pinch of cardamom

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper.
  2. Heat over medium, whisking gently until steaming (do not boil) – about 4–5 minutes.
