What is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing practice originating from Japan. It works by channeling life force energy (known as "ki") through the practitioner's hands to promote relaxation, reduce pain, and restore harmony in the body. Sessions can be done in-person in Toronto or remotely, lasting 45-90 minutes. Many clients report feeling lighter, more centered, and empowered after just one session.

My Journey into Reiki and Spirituality

I've always been drawn to spirituality, feeling a pull toward the unseen energies that connect us all. My formal Reiki journey began in June 2023, when I became a certified Reiki Master. This marked a profound shift, aligning my intuitive gifts with structured practice. Today, I channel this energy as a way to guide others toward their own light.

My path is deeply influenced by ancient wisdom and personal connections. I have a strong bond with Lemuria—an ancient civilization of harmony and high vibration—which inspires my work with energy and intuition. My guiding Archangel is Michael, who provides protection and clarity in my sessions. Currently, I'm exploring anthroposophy and the teachings of Rudolf Steiner, integrating his insights on spiritual science into my holistic approach. This ongoing learning keeps my practice fresh and evolving.

  • Reiki Healing Sessions:

    I offer two ways to receive Reiki (in person or distance):

    • Accessible 45-minute sessions — Limited spots each month on a sliding scale of $30 – $60. These are offered so that cost is not a barrier for those who need support right now.

    • Regular 60-minute sessions — $105. These are my standard sessions where I can give full time and presence for deeper work.

  • Home Cleansing: Clear negative energies from your space using Reiki, sage, and intuitive guidance. Ideal for new homes or after life transitions. - $150

  • Tarot Readings: Combine Reiki with intuitive card pulls for deeper insights into your path. (30 min: $50 | 60 min: $90)
